Born from the memory of home

Yafa — the name of a city by the sea, of orange groves, of old stone, and of kitchens whose recipes were never written down because they lived in the hands that made them.

We began with a simple longing: to taste our grandmothers’ food exactly as it was, and to set it on a table worthy of it. Every dish here is a memory kept whole — the same spices, the same patience, the same generosity — served with the care of a modern kitchen.
